My favorite part of UX design is the process of learning about the user goals, pains and concerns, and how design can solve these, as well as benefit the business.
My background of working in the B2C environment, directly with the end-user for over 10 years, and my current role in a tech company, providing support to users, allows me to better understand their needs, and shape a customer-centered approach in UX design. I’m passionate about conducting user interviews, research, and usability tests in order to use these puzzle pieces and design a solution to a defined business problem.
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy playing beach volleyball, traveling, reading, and attending art exhibitions. I have a passion for learning new things, sports, and hobbies.
